Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

• Orders normally take 7 to 10 business days to process if items are in stock.  We do try and ship out on the same day we receive your order. 

• Backorders normally take 15 to 20 business days to fill. You will be notified if a product is on backorder.

• Free shipping on all orders of $85 or more. 

• Shipping is a flat rate of $13.95 on all purchases less than $85. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Bubbles Bath & Body ships merchandise to locations only within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

Bubbles Bath & Body will accept returns within 10 days from shipping and only if they are unopened, in original box and free from any damage. Must be shipped back to us in the box it was sent to you (the customer) in and customers pay all return shipping costs. If product arrived damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt and a picture must be texted or emailed of the damage. We do offer refunds in that case only after the product is returned to us. You must have authorization for any return.
