Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

• Orders normally take 3 to 10 business days to process if items are in stock.  We do try and ship out on the same day we receive your order. 

• Backorders normally take 15 to 20 business days to fill. You will be notified if a product is on backorder.

• Free shipping on all orders of $85 or more. 

• Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 on all purchases less than $85. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Bubbles Bath & Body ships merchandise to locations only within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

At Bubbles Bath & Body, we accept returns within 10 days of shipping, provided the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and free from damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use the original shipping box.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt with a photo of the damage via text or email. Refunds for damaged items are issued only after the product is returned to us. All returns require prior authorization.
