Bubbles Bath & Body – Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to love everything you order from Bubbles Bath & Body. If something isn’t right, you may return most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at bubblesonlinestore@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Food items, seasonal items, and clearance items are non‑returnable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
